The museum, rehabilitated by the Cooperative under a proposal from the Associação de Desenvolvimento Integrado da Beira Serra (Beira Serra Integrated Development Association) - ADIBER, to subprogram 3 of PRODER, has preserved traditional equipment.

In this tourist attraction, one can imagine the traditional olive oil transformation process, from the arrival of the olives to the final product.

On display are the tools, whose names have fallen into disuse: from the battery to the encapachador, including the mixers, rollers, separator, olive oil tank, and press.

Another attraction is the documentary about production, from the harvesting of the olives to the manufacture of olive oil, and its transport as one of the region's endogenous products (the other being honey, produced in the modern part of the building), showing the tasks inherent to this cycle, the tools used, and the means of transport for this product.

In addition to this ethnographic document, another was produced with educational content for the younger audience.

Both result in important visual documents about local culture and contributions to the preservation of rural memory.
