Temple built in the 18th century, taking into account the date of 1765, inscribed on the frame of the bell tower door.

It features baroque religious architecture, consisting of a single nave, chancel, side chapel, sacristy and bell tower with clock.

It has a tradicional facade with granite trimmings.

The nave's ceiling is divided into eighteen coffers with representations of the life of Santa Catarina.

On the Gospel side, the pulpit stands out with a guard in painted wooden balusters, similar to the high choir.

It preserves a baptismal font in limestone in the shape of a closed cup with a wooden cover.
