The Góis Moto Clube (GMC) was officially formalized through a public deed in October 1991 at the Góis Notary Office. The next step was affiliation with the Federação Nacional de Motociclismo (FNM) (National Motorcycling Federation) in November, which allowed us to participate in the “Troféu Nacional de Todo-o-Terreno” (National Off-Road Trophy) in 1992 with the famous "Raide a Góis." Today, this is undoubtedly one of the best and toughest events in the National Championship.

In 1993, we organized the 1st Góis Motorcycle Rally, attended by about 150 motorcyclists—a number that has now reached the tens of thousands, making this event the largest on the national stage.

In 2004, the 2nd “Góis – Paraíso Todo-o-Terreno” (Góis – Off-Road Paradise) Enduro took place, a scoring event for the national championship that saw a record attendance of 180 riders; it was carried out exemplarily and considered by all to be of "world-class quality."

In competitive motorcycling, our reputation goes far beyond organizing events. GMC won the National Team Enduro Championship titles in 1995 and 1996, and currently maintains a racing team and supports young local talents from Góis competing in Enduro championships, as well as national off-road and downhill events.

Pursuing a policy of constant expansion and taking advantage of the rich potential of the beautiful natural environment in the Góis region, we decided to broaden our range of activities, developing various disciplines such as scenic off-roading, motorsports, and mountain biking (MTB).

With this vast array of activities, GMC establishes itself as an entity of fundamental importance in promoting the region.
