The Goiense Memory Reference Center aims to provide access to the cultural heritage of the municipality, promoting the preservation and enhancement of the collective memory of the communities.

The permanent exhibition “Foral Manuelino de Gooes – 1516-2016 – Um Encontro com a História” ("Manueline Charter of Gooes - 1516-2016 - An Encounter with History") offers a brief journey through the history of the municipality of Góis, revisiting sites and monuments, recalling people and places that have greatly contributed to the construction of Goiense memory over time.

The facility features a pleasant outdoor space shared with the Municipal Library and Archive.
