This building is a project by Architect João de Moura Coutinho in the style of 18th-century architecture and was constructed between 1930 and 1934.

Inside, it features tile panels from the Constância Factory in Lisbon, in the atrium and staircase leading to the 1st floor (1933/1936). Additionally, both inside the atrium and outside, there are tile panels from the St.ª Ana Factory (1936).

The building also includes a Noble Hall where you can find canvases by Carlos Reis (Legend of Lousã) and João Reis (Family, Religion, and Work) (1940).
