The Dueça Speleological System is the largest known underground system in the massif and one of the largest in Portugal, with approximately 9 km of known galleries.

This speleological system, still under study and exploration, includes several karstic cavities, among which Olho do Dueça, Gruta de Algarinho, Soprador do Carvalho (also known as the Grande Talismã Cave), and the Várzea sink stand out.

Among other activities, the Dueça Speleological System Interpretation Center promotes guided tours led by specialized technicians, which requires advance booking.
