A Queijeira do Rabaçal was one of the first cheese dairies to be founded in Rabaçal, dating back to 1988, and since then, we have been producing Rabaçal Cheese.

The tradition is passed down from generation to generation! We have invested in innovation within the cheese sector, developing new flavors to meet the tastes of new generations.

Now, with a renovated factory and shop, where you can buy and taste all our cheeses and regional products (biscuits, sweets, honey, wine, and liqueurs).

We also offer tastings for groups.
